Elle’s Bakery is a vibrant, independent bakery based in Kent, serving up indulgent brownies, blondies, cookies, and signature creations that put a playful twist on classic bakes. Everything we make is freshly baked in small batches by our passionate team.

From our Chatham store, pop-up stalls, and loyal wholesale partners, Elle’s Bakery has become a go-to destination for anyone with a sweet tooth. We love bringing people together through our bakes—whether it’s grabbing a box of six slices to share, collecting loyalty stamps on our app, or treating yourself at one of our festival pop-up stalls.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our Chatham Store is open Wednesday-Saturday.

Wednesday 11am - 5pm

Thursday 11am - 5pm

WHERE IS THE SHOP?

We are located directly opposite Spoon World Buffet on Chatham High Street. If you are travelling by car, there is a one hour free parking located in B&M's car park directly behind us. 

 

WHAT IS THE BEST SHIPPING OPTION FOR ME?

• DPD Tracked - For all Mainland UK postcodes. Once your order has been dispatched (please see advised dispatch turnaround times at checkout) they will arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link from DPD once your parcel has been dispatched.

• Collection - You are welcome to collect from our shop (91 High Street, Chatham, ME4 4DL) All orders must be placed online and you will receive a text/email when your order is ready to collect.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 7 working days (this does not include weekends or bank  holidays) for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched please refer to the shipping turnaround times above.

I WANT TO ORDER FOR A SPECIFIC DATE. CAN I DO THIS?

We will do our very best to accommodate a specific date, please leave the desired date in the notes section at checkout.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY ITEMS AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

Our items are best kept in their original packaging and stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. 

• Deep Dish Cookies - 3-5 days

• Brownies/Blondies - 7 days

• Cookie Pies - 7 days

CAN I FREEZE MY ITEMS?

All our bakes can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Either leave to thaw at room temperature or leave to thaw for 20 minutes and place into the microwave to eat warm.

CAN I EAT MY BAKES WARM?

Absolutely! Our deep dish cookies and cookie pies are sensational when warmed up paired with ice-cream! Microwave in 10 second intervals. Just keep an eye on your sweet treats to ensure they don't burn. Best served with ice-cream, cream or even custard!

I HAVE AN ALLERGY; CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR THIS?

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for any allergies due to all our items being baked within a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat (gluten), milk, soya and eggs.
