WHAT IS THE BEST SHIPPING
OPTION FOR ME?
We offer three shipping options;
DPD Tracked - Available for all Mainland UK postcodes. Once your order have been dispatched (please see advised dispatch times at checkout) they will arrive in 1-2 working days.
Collection - You are welcome to collect from our unit; Elle's Bakery, Cuxton House, Cuxton Road, ME2 2BT. All orders must be placed online and you will receive a text/email when your order is ready to collect.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow up to 10 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched please refer to the shipping turnaround times above.
I WANT TO ORDER FOR A SPECIFIC DATE. CAN I DO THIS?
We will do our very best to accommodate a specific date, please leave the desired date in the notes section at checkout when ordering.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept both debit/credit card payment as well as payment via PayPal.
HOW SHOULD I STORE FOR MY ITEMS AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
DEEP DISH COOKIES:
Best served warm. Store in an airtight container
in a cool, dark place. Consumed within 3-5 days.
THICC NEW YORK STYLE COOKIES:
Store in an airtight container and consume
within 5-7 days.
Can either be eaten as they are or warmed up
in the microwave! Store in an airtight container
and consume within 7 days.
CAN I FREEZE MY ITEMS?
All our bakes can be frozen for up to 2 months in an air-tight container. Our items can be taken straight from the freezer to the microwave to be eaten warm or leave to thaw at room temperature.
CAN I EAT MY GOODIES WARM?
Absolutely! Place your items in the microwave for 10 second intervals to achieve the desired melting. Or place in the oven couple of minutes at 100C. Just keep an eye on your sweet treats to
ensure they don’t burn! Best served with ice-cream, cream or even custard!
I HAVE AN ALLERGY; CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR THIS?
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any allergies due to all our items being baked within a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, milk, soya, gluten, and eggs. Although, we do aim to be able to accommodate more dietary requirements as we continue to grow.
