EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK?
We restock 3 times a week at the moment; Saturday 5pm, Monday 1pm, Wednesday 5pm. The restock on Saturday and Monday are for both local and UK postal delivery. Wednesday restock is just for those local to our HQ in Gravesend, Kent. We recommend setting an alarm for the above restock times as stock sells quickly.
We would also recommend following our social media on Instagram and Facebook to keep up to date with the restock times and other information.
HOW LONG FOR ORDERING WILL I RECIEVE MY GOODIES?
We dispatch every day Mon-Thur via DPD Next Day, with all our products being made the day of dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) for dispatch.
I WANT TO ORDER A BOX OF GOODIES FOR A SPECIFIC DATE. CAN I DO THIS?
Please fill out a request form via our birthday box page and we will always try our best to accommodate this. We ideally require 7-10 days before the desired date.
I HAVE AN ALLERGY; CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR THIS?
I'm afraid we can not accommodate any allergies at the moment due to everything being baked within a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, milk, soya, gluten, and eggs. Although, we do aim to be able to accommodate for more dietary requirements when we expand into a large premise.
I AM LOCAL TO GRAVESEND; CAN I COLLECT?
Due to COVID-19, we are not allowing collections at the moment in line with government advice. We do not want to encourage people to travel unnecessarily however, we do run a local delivery service is you are local to Gravesend (DA11, DA12, DA13 and ME1, ME2, ME5). This service is on a contract-free basis. We do aim to reinstate collections when we feel the time is right and that it is in line with the government's advice.
